Episode 2 Overall Thoughts

This episode showed the group what it takes to stick together. The actions of Alicia puts everyone in danger because now another ship is following them. The group bumps into another family that lives on the shore and questions their way of life.

You get to see the change in Chris during this episode. Instead of being his normal whiny self, he turns into a walker killer and he loves the way it feels to him. Maybe in the future this could cause problems with the rest of the group because you’re seeing something dangerous coming out.

Daniel sticks out again in this episode. He finds out that Strand is hiding his true motives and even confronts his about it. He is proving to be a strong character for the group and will help out in the end.

Episode 3 Overall Thoughts

Madison beings to challenge Strand in his decision making process. Daniel tells Madison about Strand’s true motives which makes things even worse. The group is running out of options and they need to stop to get things from another shore. This time they’re met with a ton of walkers. If you notice the wreckage, it’s the airplane from the web series. It’s cool to see everything crossover like that and it’s a natural feel.

Nick figures out the whole walker guts trick and becomes Michonne. He walks in and out of the walker group with ease. It was cool to see him emerge from the group. This character was the most improved from season 1 and he’s beginning to show his talents.

You meet up with Alex from the web series and she’s carrying her dying friend with her. The group is unable to decide if they trust her so instead of letting them on the boat they tow her on a life raft instead. This doesn’t last for long because Strand is getting tired of being questioned. He then goes out and cuts their tow line. This was a great alpha move for Strand and he needed to do it so there could be a proper order.

Final Grade -> 70%

Enough on what I thought about the episodes.
