Overall Thoughts

So most of this episode circled around the Snart family and their Rogue-like behavior which was ok, I guess. It was cool to see the dynamic of Captain Cold and his feelings of protecting his sister but it felt a little weird. You have Lewis Snart, father of Golden Glider and Captain Cold, planning a heist of jewels from a bank and forcing his son to help him. The major twist in this episode was the evil nature of the father. You know his character is a horrible, abusive drunk in the comics but never would you think he could put a charge in his daughter’s head.

To be honest this episode took a slight step back from last week’s episode. It wasn’t as interesting and felt like a semi-wasted filler. There are so many things you could cover and they chose this story.

The only thing cool about this episode was the connection between Golden Glider and Cisco. Their relationship is starting to form. You get a Batman/Catwoman vibe from the both of them, pun intended. It would be interesting to see how far will this relationship go and will Golden Glider become an anti-hero later on in the series.

Final Grade -> 72%

Enough on what I thought about the episodes.
