Overall Thoughts

The flashbacks show the power and activation of the totem used by Damien. It will be interesting to see it switch hands in the near future. Ryder seems like he knows quite a bit about the power of it but I’m not sure if he will ever get to use it like the way Damien did. This was by far the best thing about the entire episode.

Three cheers to the death of Olicity. This couple is such a bore and they’re really starting to affect the production of the team. I was happy when Felicity came out and said she couldn’t be around the crew for now. It makes the best sense and I’m happy that they will end it off soon.

Cupid being the major torn in the side of the Arrow team was enjoyable. Her return over and over again in the series is a good choice. She brings about a lot of chaos and even some funny one-liners. It was unfortunate to see her get distracted by the words from Felicity. She’s better than that and maybe next time they will have Cupid against the entire team a bit more.

It was cool seeing a trial happen during the episode. It brought memories of my days watching Law and Order. They had a nice mix with Laurel trying to bring a ton of evidence against Damien in a short time frame. In a way it even reminded me of Daredevil as well. Kudos to the team for bringing that aspect to the show.

Final Grade -> 65%

Enough on what I thought about the episodes.
