Overall Thoughts

The way Abraham went about leaving Rosita was messed up. He really just up and left her because he’s having feeling for Sasha. This might spell some kind of trouble between a few characters and could end up killing one of them. He could have at least gave her a proper reason without being sooo blunt. You can see Abraham becoming weak around Sasha as well which isn’t good at all.

Rick is still in gangster mode and I love it! I was very concerned about his feelings for Michonne and so far it didn’t weaken him. He actually is making the right decisions. The thought of storming the base was a smart one. You have to get in front of the situation rather than reacting to the events that happens. This is the Rick we know and love.

The music and action in this episode was top notch. The storming of the base was done quite well. You have Rick’s team showing off how well they could work together. It was amazing seeing the stealth like kills. They managed to take out a ton of “Saviors” without getting spotted. Even when they got caught they worked together and cleared out the whole place.

Maggie and Carol getting caught was predictable. You could tell something would happen with them because there was a lot of time being spent on their back and forth. Carol really wanted Maggie to stay home during the mission. It was only logical to make something happen to both of them that would bring the group into hunting mode.

Last but not least it was great to see the Polaroid pictures on the walls. This brings a hint of Negan. I believe those were his victims with his bat. Let’s see when they will show Negan on the show. He has already left a huge mark without saying a single word.

Final Grade -> 93%

Enough on what I thought about the episodes.
